Rhino Arc II: 4 axis Robotic Camera Assistant

Known for its handy camera equipment, Rhino returned to crowdfunding scene. Rhino’s new camera assistant, Arc II, meets almost all the needs of those interested in photography and video shooting.

Described as “robotic camera assistant”, the Arc II features a 4-axis motorized head with support for both tripods and the Rhino Slider. It holds up to 6.8kg/15lbs of camera equipment. Users can control this smart assistant both with the joystick on the device and with their smart phones.

Rhino Arc II automates camera movement for interviews, time-lapses and b-roll to save you time.

The system is also backward compatible with previous Rhino devices such as EVO Motor and Slider EVO. When used with an optional Rhino Power battery, the Arc II also offers integrated power output for your mirrorless or DSRL cameras. Other features include an integrated 501 plate receiver, an OLED screen, and a pan motor for motorized mounting.

As with Rhino’s other products, Arc II is getting pre-orders through its crowdfunding campaign. The Arc II camera assistant is available now for $ 960 instead of the $ 1200 retail price. Rhino Arc II, which has already reached its crowdfunding goal, will be delivered to its backers in May 2019.
