Skyryse, a California-based aviation enterprise, brings a different approach in the autonomous vehicle world. Instead of building a new aircraft, Skyryse is working on an initiative that gives existing helicopters autonomous flight capability. They tested the flight platform for the autonomous helicopter they called Luna with the permission of the American Aviation Agency (FAA).
Skyryse Flight Stack autonomously flew the helicopter with the integrated system. The helicopter under control was vented and landed successfully after a short flight.
